These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and batjlii ("batjlii", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at batjlii.net. By accessing any part of the batjl ii platform — including the website, mobile interface, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, or cashier — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by its terms without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the batjlii platform and close your account if one has already been created. Access to or use of batjlii constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. batjlii operates as a safe and reliable entertainment platform committed to fair play, player security, and responsible gaming practices. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as constituting a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between batjlii and any player.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the batjlii platform, including but not limited to: live cricket betting, sportsbook markets, online slot games, live dealer table games, crash and instant games, promotional bonuses, and all cashier and payment services. Supplementary terms may apply to specific products or promotions and will be displayed at the point of participation. In the event of any conflict between supplementary terms and this Agreement, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of that specific product or promotion only.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is provided in English. In the event that translations are made available for informational convenience, the English version shall remain the definitive binding version in all circumstances. Any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version shall be resolved in favour of the English text.

1.3 Amendments

batjlii reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting player rights is involved, in which case reasonable notice will be provided via the email address registered to the affected account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and participation in any real-money gaming or wagering activity on the batjlii platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All player accounts on batjlii are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to BDT-denominated deposits or withdrawals. International card transactions that originate in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion by the issuing bank; batjlii accepts no responsibility for exchange rates applied by third-party financial institutions.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

batjlii reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where evidence exists of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure; coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matched or offset bets; and any other conduct that batjlii determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date and time by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Upon expiry of a bonus, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be forfeited automatically. Real-money balance deposited by the player is never forfeited as a result of a bonus expiry. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus status and expiry timelines within their account dashboard.

5.4 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

batjlii periodically runs promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events and sporting occasions, including but not limited to BPL season offers, IPL tournament specials, T20 World Cup promotions, Eid bonus events, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) offers, and Victory Day (December 16) cashback promotions. 6.1 General Obligations

• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party;
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change;
• Notify batjlii immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Use the platform only from locations where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally;
• Gamble responsibly, within your financial means, and set deposit and time limits where appropriate.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batjlii platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one player account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds originating from illegal activity;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposits with your payment provider in order to retain both deposited funds and any winnings generated from those funds (fraudulent chargebacks).

batjlii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, applicable law, or any supplementary product-specific terms.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of prohibited software;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised fraudulently against batjlii;
• Confirmed underage gambling;
• Player-requested self-exclusion (see Responsible Gaming policy);
• Regulatory or compliance obligation requiring account restriction.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, batjlii reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, winnings generated during the period of breach may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach has occurred), any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks, typically within five business days.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their batjlii account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjlii, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the batjlii platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

8.1 Platform Availability

batjlii endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.8% or above on an annualised basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements. batjlii accepts no liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from periods of platform unavailability.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the batjlii platform are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by certified live studio operations. batjlii accepts no liability for the results of individual game rounds. Gambling involves risk, and it is possible to lose the entirety of your deposited funds. By participating in real-money gaming on batjlii, you acknowledge and accept this risk in full.

8.3 Third-Party Services
